Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, Nowadays many options are available. The best is condom which is to be used by male partner. Talk about this. Otherwise you can go for contraceptive pills ( they are hormonal obviously). Also you can get copper T which is nowadays used by many ladies.
