A. Dear parent, now that your child is 2 years old, you can give all family foods the way you prepare at your house. Seasonal fruits and vegetables. Eggs and non veg foods. Milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates. Add ghee to baby’s food.
