Q.

what should be included in my daughter's (5 yrs old) diet to boost up her immunity, because she falls sick very often.. even a slight change in weather affects her health... so please suggest.

A. frequently hand washing is important. give immunity booster food substance like-Eggs, youghrt, spinach,, guava,,orange, nuts like almond, wallnut, sunflower seeds, apple, and all seasonal fruits and vegetables and , oats, garlic, ghee, carrot, broccoli, butter, beans , mint juice, milk and milk products

A. you have to add immunity booster substance like as almond and nuts , fruits, Proper diet, eggs and curd.
