what should be in new moms diet chart?

A. Hello mom you should have only easy to eat foods and which are not very highly spiced and flavoured as well .. keep yourself hydrated enough , have panjir , ghee , dry fruits , oats , flax seeds, milk , jeera or ajwain or saunf water , drumstick and fenugreek leaves, garlic etc to engage your milk production
