The soap should have low pH value and it should be made of natural ingredients, it should be unscented and hypoallergenic. Immediately after bath, while the skin is still moist, use a mild moisturiser all over your kid's skin atleast twice a day. The moisturiser should be made of natural ingredients and it should be fragrance free. Do not bathe the kid more frequently. Do not let the child bathe for too long. Always bathe the kid with lukewarm water. Mamaearth and Moms co products are good.

Hello,as we all know in winters babies skin get dry due to warm water bath but one more reason for babies dry skin is dehydration,so keep your baby hydrated and give lots of water and other liquids to your baby and use a good baby moistuizer and if possible you can add few drops of olive or sweet almond oil in moisturiser for best results.
