My baby's skin in very dry and rough, such that she get rashes on her legs due to dry skin...What should be done??

use Babyhug daily rich moisturizing lotion ..
these products are rich in milk protein aloe vera wheat germ oil
that nourish and moisturize skin..
prevent skin getting dry after wash..
