Do have regular daily walking
For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking
once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.
Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.
Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care
