Meat, fish, poultry, eggs.
Milk, cheese, and other dairy products.
Fruits and vegetables.
Cereals, potatoes, rice, flour products.

one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrvients essential for growth.
any kind of infection specially any chronic infection sfhould be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise.
after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

I It basically is going to include everything that we eat on an every day basis good amount of dairy products fat carbs proteins everything that is what you should be giving to the child whatever we eat on an every day basis Dal rice Roti sabji everything is a good balanced nutritious diet that is what is supposed to be given to the child as well
