#asktheexpert my son is 2 yrs 5 months and have started eating solid food. what all things can I include in his diet to give a balanced meal

A. For a healthy and nutritious diet, you should include all type of foods in baby's diet like idli-dosa with sambhar, rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, oats, dalia, khichdi, chicken and fish curry with rice, besan and beetroot cheela, veg sandwich, veg cutlet, eggs in different forms chapati with mixed vegetables, stuffed parantha, Longworth liquids like fresh juices, curd, buttermilk, coconut water, milkshakes with dry fruits, etc.
