Hello for your baby keep her exclusively breast feed baby on demand till 6months which is nutritionally sufficient for babies , you should include healthy and balanced diet, include nuts , dairy, seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables dal legumes and plenty of fluids a and quality sleep
