As u have just delivered the baby two months back, just eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to recover from weakness after delivery and for healthy milk supply
reduce weight after six months of delivery..
then u can start to do yoga. Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
