What precautions should we take during last month of pregnancy? #asktheexpert

A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor. When you have abdomen pain along with hardening of stomach and simultaneously back pain and vaginal pain - that is the indication that your labor pain has been started. And you should visit to your doctor

A. If you are physically fit and there is no problem fail to your pregnancy it is going good then I would advise you that you should do regular walk at least thousand to 2000 steps and if your doctor is advised you to do basic yoga then go for that eat well and eat healthy that’s what you need to do take complete rest as in proper sleep and everything that’s going to be good and maintain hydration consume a lot of water
