NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello post vaccination the ba y may get fever and in such case give paracetamol as prescribed by your doctor and also keep ice pack over the vaccination area to help baby get releif from the pain apart fever can last for a day or 2 and is absolutely nothing to worry
