A. Hello dear parent! By this age your child should be eating all the homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family.
