sorry but for medicines you have to consult your pediatrician.
here I suggest some tips hope it help:
please keep breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infection.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
