What kind of rash is this meascles or pox or allergy

A. it is a type of viral rash which is present on the skin of the child so if it is associated with some fever or infection then you have to meet your doctor and sometimes this rash can be seen in allergy also so final decision will be taken by your doctor

Q. My 17 months old baby is suffering skin rashes. I don’t know what kind of rash is that may be it looks like kind of meascles. Kindly suggest me good medicine and also the best way to get cure. What are the foods to be given during meascles rash. Sharing the pic of the affected area. He got the rash on face body , back area nd palms. He has no itching. But he if suffering from fever since 5 days using paracetamol 250mg. Sharing the pic of rash let me know if it is related to meascles or normal skin rash. Only 1 day got over the rash has started
