What is this on my baby skin? I am applying calamine lotion but it’s spreading at some spots

A. If it is spreading then this is not a rash this is an allergy that is white is spreading you have to have an assessment with your doctor to know and understand what is the right reason behind it and accordingly they can give you further medication on the issue
