For breast pain reduction you can do hot compress regularly for medicine since you’re having breast pain also it’s better better to take it with the doctor they’ll help you with the medicine along with the painkiller to reduce the pain and dry out your breastfeed

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. take dolo 650 for relief of pain ok. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
