if it is not impproving with simple massage as well as simple hot compresses and expression of accumulated milk then meet your doctor at the earliest for local examination.
you can take paracetamol for pain.
Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Applying ice packs to the breasts reduces the swelling and pain. Drink water and increase your intake of fluids to prevent dehydration and fever. Place fresh and cold cabbage leaves over your breasts. Replace the leaves when they wilt.

Use a breast pump if your breasts feel too full. Lightly press your breasts to release the milk. Or massage your breasts gently while taking a warm shower.
