Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi ideally a child at this stage of age should have weight between 13 to 17 kg. so if your child looks happy healthy and active,gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything. offer homemade healthy food. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
