Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if the baby is having fever after vaccination this is very common and it is because of the antigenic response so you can give Paracetamol when the child is having fever

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom If you are providing painful vaccination to your baby then fever is a sign that vaccine is effective. So it is good if your baby is having fever after vaccination. If your baby is temperature is more than 99° then you can give Calpol drops and can repeat the medicine and every 8 to 10 hours but always check the temperature before giving medicine
