sweeting in hand or foot always. know the reason behind it..thank you #Vaccination

A. hello Mom t it is because the kids have higher temperature as compared to adults and this is because of the teething process also so there is nothing to get worried in this is simply make sure that a child is kept well hydrated by giving feed at regular intervals
