Shatavari order a good lactation supplement that you can take three times in the day with warm milk and that is going to be good for you to increase your lactation so let’s take a wait for three month old child instead of 2.25 it should be somewhere around 1500 g more than this is on the minimum sided can of course be more than this but not less than this
