how to increase my breasts milk. breast milk one tine only 25-30 ml . my child is hungry . plz help me to increase breast milk

A. 1. let go off tension that you are not producing milk
2. do breathing exercises
3. go check to lactation specialist I'm case you are having hormonal issue
4. increase formula milk

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and also have soked meethi seeds early in the morning. and increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products.
