what is the gap to get pregnant after c section

After normal delivery there should be a gap of minimum one year before you conceive for the 2nd pregnancy and after c-section there should be a minimum gap of 1.5 to 2 years so that there are less risk factors in your 2nd pregnancy. This is the safest To avoid chances of complications in next pregnancy

A. hi keep atleast 2 years gap so that your body get enough time to recover from first c section scars. take necessary supplements as per your doctor's prescription keep your self well hydrated
