Can give egg chicken fish
Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach.
add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby semi solid food like khichadi daliya ragi porridge suji items besan ka chilla soaked nuts and fresh fruits and vegetables. Also add one egg on daily basis and after one year you can give all food which you are making for other family members.
