ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. the exact date of delivery cannot be suggested as such it may occur 10 to 15 days before the delivery date also When you have abdomen pain along with hardening of stomach and simultaneously back pain and vaginal pain - that is the indication that your labor pain has been started. And you should visit to your doctor

Normal pregnancies last between 38 and 42 weeks. Children are delivered on their expected due date about 4% of the time.
