A. Rest and avoid physical strain: It is essential to rest and avoid any strenuous physical activity, heavy lifting, or prolonged standing or sitting for at least two weeks after the procedure to allow the cervix time to heal total bed rest is not needed. and you can stay as before but with care

A. If you need to have proper details it is better to check with your gynaecologist because mostly to said that you should take proper rest you should not exert yourself you should not do extra labour and work these things can be critical which is why if you are a working professional and you working from home then try to do work on your laptop Mac sitting in the bed only as per your comfort and do not keep sitting for a longer duration also I know it’s going to be tough for a person who is working but you have to manage it accordingly but for a detailed understanding you can have with your doctor
