what is the duration of calcium tablet after delivery?? and is hair fall is normal??

A. You should take it for a minimum of six months to 1 year depending upon your need also like to tell you that post Pata hair fall is normal but you do have to take care of the situation otherwise it is going to be permanent so you start taking iron and omega-3 as well
