im the mother of 6month old baby.i have severe hair fall .I'm taking calcium and iron tablet do i need to take any multi vitamin also can u suggest

A. Hi mom Hairfall after delivery is due to hormonal changes which are seen in mothers till one year. Apply coconut oil mixed with onion juice on the scalp to stop hairfall. Have diet rich in protein to control hairfall. Do not tie ur hair too tightly as this can break ur hair. u can buy babyhug cold pressed coconut oil which is pure and additive free to apply
