hi why is hair fall after delivery I have too much of hair fall

A. after delivery hairfall is normal. consult once with a doctor. he will give you tablets and lotion to apply on scalp that helps to reduce hairfall. personally I am using mamaerth bhringraj amla hair oil. it is mineral oil free. controls hairfall and makes them more strong and beautiful.

A. after delivery hairfall is common due to changed eating habits and schedule. sleep deprivation. so have a healthy diet and stay stressfree and have a sound sleep whenever possible. also do oiling on regular basis with a good hair oil. I had used Trichup hair oil and mamaearth argan hair mask for myself. both of them controlled hairfall and makes hair more strong and beautiful.

A. Hello dear parent! It is a normal finding after delivery. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your diet. Take your post natal supplements on time everyday as prescribed by your doctor. If the problem is severe then consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
