The food is just going to be the same that you are eating same food rotis and everything the diet should include of course three times of proper meal of breakfast lunch and dinner fruits milk twice a day this is the minimum that you should do and milk you can increase one more time if there is a need otherwise this is the most important thing that you need to walk upon
