give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to your child.
Give all that you cook for ur family.
give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,chicken fish egg,pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
