what is the best way to deal with no nappy nights for a 3.5yrs old girl. I don't wake her up at night as of now. this is the 3rd night she's off diaper. she's not yet telling me if she wants to pee during the day.

A. okay no problem but better to have diapers during day time for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
