ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. for cold, best is steam inhalation.. Steam will not shorten the length of the cold, but it will reduce the inflammation in the nasal passages and help to breathe better.. take warm tumaric milk. consult with your doctor is it is more.
