She should be given soups of tomato, drumsticks,moong,daal paani etc.
Meshes of cooked vegetables and seasonal fruits can be given
Probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc are also good if she's not having cough or cold.
Don't offer her tough to digest food
Use drinking water having TDS higher than 350
