ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom they can now be given almost nearing to usual family foods now so that gradually they get used to it . You can give them soft consistency diet. And introduce new foods and variety as well .

lapsi,upma, sheera, poha
Porridge, Kheer
include curd along with meal
paneer
variety of seasonal vegetables green leafy vegetables and fruits

whatever you are preparing at home for your entire family is the right food to be offered to the child as well because our Indian traditional plate is the most healthy plate that you can go ahead with offering to the child from the age of 10 months itself so kindly include every thing healthy into your child’s daily diet
