what is max fever a baby can has post 1st dose of vaccine at 7th week.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Post vaccination swelling may be a common thing specially after DPT vaccine which may be painful for two or three days and the swelling may remain even up to month so if it is not cgiausing any pain or other symptoms nothing to worry.
Swelling can be reducegd by giving ice fomentation locally and paracetamol can be given for fever or pain.
Thrombophobe ointment can be applied in acute pain and swelling .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. There is no max fever as it can be just sometimes hundred degrees sometimes it can reach 102° also depending but there is no fixed amount or highest range of that can be there so it depends from child to child actually
