you should have a proper sitting xposture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simxple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.

Keep a hot water bottle or heat pad on to the area that is going to help in reducing down the pain since you haven’t given any clarity about yourself whether you are pregnant breast feeding anything for that matter so it is better to consult your doctor as well
