I have been having back pain evar since I give birth to a baby please suggest some correct solution.

Mam did you get an epidural done or it was a C-section delivery you have not given any details I would like to tell you that due to epidural some women can face this pain and if it was a normal time normal delivery then you should do giggle exercises and check with the doctor if you can keep hot water bottle or heat pad in the back to reduce the pain
