what if we don't do root canal treatment for my 3 yr old daughter? will that affect her permanent teeth

A. Yes it can actually affect the permanent teeth coming after a while so do not just take the decision of getting the root canal take an opinion from another another dentist if they also confirm the same then only go for a because most of the doctors can advise which is not needed so root canal for the child which is not needed so better to take an opinion from another doctor also
