What foods to avoid during breastfeeding months and what food increase breast milk supply?

A. mam you can take Shatavari powder with water or milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. also feed the baby more often which also helps in breast milk production. please take turmeric milk. also take healthy food items including fresh fruits and dry fruits and avoid maida and oily food items.

A. Hello my dear parent! Avoid Olly and spicy foods. Totally keep away from outside junk foods. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your daily diet. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter, good luck and take care.
