What food products can we feed in place of Ceregrow to my 3.7 years old son for afternoon snack? Recent news have reports of Nestle product to be not safe.

A. Hello mom as he is now 3 years old no restrictions for him give regular snacks at home that you take such as seasonal fruits , dry fruits and nuts , buttermilk or lassi , millet or atta biscuits, Makhanas etc
