Hello mom they should be gradually increase the quantities and also variety of foods given to them , you can give porridge made with ragi , multigrain mix etc , rice , roti , different variety of dals , egg yolk , fish etc if preferred, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Curds , panner , ghee Etc

if so than you must take kore protein rich foods on daily basis, can startga good protein supplements.. for more you may ask ur treating doctor
