Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Exclusive breastfeeding is advisable till the time the baby completes 6 months of age. Always feed the baby on demand. Mother's milk till then takes care of water and nutritional requirements of the baby's body. You can start giving one solid or semi solid meal once the baby completes 6 months of age.
