pravallikaMom of a 4 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. if the baby is 6 months old we should start giving porridge and fruits like banana later when they are 8 to 9 months we should teach them to chew the food by showing hoe to chew at that time we should introduce family foods mean what we eat in the house regularly child will learn the same food habits of the family and but not more spicy ... once they are one year old u can give what eat in the house
Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger7r may get satisfied by cthat and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age
