Q.

what could be the reason for my baby always wanting to feed breastmilk as soon as she wakes up. i know its normal for them to get hungry when they wake up.but she hardly sleeps for 1hour even when she falls asleep after feeding a lot.. and wanted to feed again as soon as she wakes up like after 15-30 minutes

A. It's normal and often happens in the early days of breastfeeding. Cluster feeding is a normal behaviour for your baby. It's more common in the late afternoon or early evening, but it can happen anytime of the day. It seems that some babies prefer to fill up on milk for a few hours, then often have a longer sleep.
