A. Hormonal changes, medical reasons, not latching baby frequently, etc. can be few reasons for low breastmilk supply. To increase it, include foods like oatmeal, fenugreek, cumin, carom seeds, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, cereals, wheat pasta and bread, avocado, eggs, chicken, milk, fennel seeds, ginger and garlic in your diet. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to increase milk secretion. Latch the baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
