A. when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 timesx per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyondx 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

A. hello keeping an ice pack of you seconds or a minute would help get relief from the swelling and pain and if the child is having fever you can give a those of paracetamol which will help reduce it and absolutely nothing to worry and any concern check with your doctor
