A. You can have rice of course that is going to be healthy secondly you can try having anything which is based on multigrain you can also multigrain bread but proper multigrain bread not the fake one which are only having brown colour because they do not have any health benefit for you so that’s what you can eat and rice is the most comforting food which has a lot of health benefits also
